They are thiefs. I had packed 14 kg of dryfruits, sweets, snacks and non vegetarian pickles. They stole prawns pickle that was worth Rs 3000. Very bad service. When I questioned about missing item, they did not even take responsibility. Later, I learned that this has happened to other customers as well.
