If I could give zero stars to DHL India that would be the case. Total incompetence of the staff on all levels! I sent urgent documents to Germany by DHL Express paying their highest fees. Not only was the shipment sent to the wrong country - Vietnam, I was misinformed in the DHL customer care twice on May 30 and May 31 when I called to inquire about the same. First I was told that the shipment is in Vietnam on purpose as DHL has no direct flights to Germany ( the lady repeated it three times when I was doubtful) and then when I called the next day the man I spoke to assured me the the information in the tracking system is wrong and that documents are in Germany already. It took the DHL representatives two days to reroute my shipment and now they are telling me, they will require 5 more days to send the documents to the right address!!! I am speechless!

Top class service. The front desk executive is very efficient and makes the whole experience of shipping at Blue Dart excellent. I needed my parcel to reach Chennai from Goa in 3 days. They went above and beyond sent emails to make sure it is delivered in time. Keep up the good work.
