Once(out of 4/5 times that I have used DHL's courier services), I had a bad experience where they failed to pick up the courier (from home), even after confirming the time and address for the pickup. However, I must add that it was a one time incident, and it did not happen again. And the experience was smooth in the rest of the cases. Not all of the staff at this particular office are very professional, however they did get the work done quickly, every time, and also answered any queries which I asked. Price wise, I found cheaper options available here compared to other courier services.

This courier service is the worst ever courier service I have seen so far. When you go to book somthing they will check on their system that the adress is reachable or not.When you book your parcel after knowing that they will deliver it, you need to keep.visiting their office.The reason behind this is that the parcel you booked was unreachable for their local branch at the delivery location.What a third class service, If the address was unreachable then why do you booked that parcel.When customer comes to you, straight farward tell the customer that location is unreachable for us, we can not deliver it.But for earning money, they keep frauding the customers 😠😡
