Very poor service from DHL , I didn’t expect this from a reputed courier company, i have send a courier to china from india on Feb 23 and it reached the customs clearance Guanzho on feb 27 , now its the 8th day since it reached there and yet not cleared, while i tried contacting them the customer service says its the DHL office in china has to clear it out they can’t help with this 😒

Good service. All the employees were really helpful. Everything about sending a parcel abroad was explained in detail. Not much waiting time was there. Usually not busy. There is a space for parking for max 2 cars in front. If more are there, roadside parking is the only option.
