It apparently takes over two days for even the fastest courier service to deliver material to another city from Bhubaneswar! There has to be a faster service for emergencies...

The service is good but you need to wait a lot of time. KYC is mandatory and they use lot of paper. Please go with proper ID proof otherwise they don’t accept your courier. Only one cabin and one guy works here and takes 7-15 minutes depending upon the courier type. However one can pay with card / cash. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Once I visit I came to know that Germans use a lot of paper than anyone!

They will charge you for fragile packaging and delivery, though they don't provide packing for your product , you need get your stuff packed before courier. When i returned after getting my courier packed i waited for entire a hour for the receptionist to come and receive my package. Hell of a great service they provide.

Mine was a critical package and it took DHL 3 days to deliver it. What a joke that in order for a the package to ship from Bhubaneswar to Vishakhapatnam which is covered via train in 6 hrs, DHL routed it via air from Bhubaneswar-Hyderabad-Vishakhapatnam. Really is that what you call Critical service?? The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the staff who took all the pain to follow up on the package. And guess what the destination hub does not have a phone number to reach and toll free number does not work. I learnt my lesson to not use your services. I should have handed over the package to the train driver or TT for same day delivery.

The staff is well mannered and will assist you in sending your documents. I sent couple of my certificates to South Korea University and the staff said I could avail the student discount of near 50%. I had sent documents before (from Bangalore) but they hadn't mentioned that and I had to pay nearly 5k to send my documents back then. But now it was around 2.4k. Anyways, they provide good service.
