I have a very bad opinion about them.also very bad customer services. once customers do not receive a call Then it is as if we call them and they don't get our goods. When we call them, we call them and they don't pick up the phone. Then how do we bring them? They are the only courier services who have a problem. Other couriers bring them to our homes.Not only from their hands, but we do not receive the parcels. Before this, I came and the courier did not receive the same for two days, because it was an essential item for me, I went to their office on the third day and asked for it. When it came again, you are the only one with this problem. No other courier company has a problem.

IRRESPONSIBLE DELIVERY BOY IN "BLUE DART CHENGANNUR" 👎👎Absolutely very bad delivery team. I have experienced a bad product delivery service from Bluedart delivery partner Chengannur .The product already reached their office 2 days ago ,but still delivery boy fails to deliver the item at my location. Today morning the delivery boy called me for product delivery. Along with that I specifically explained my current location for deliver the product.But till 4 pm , no calls from the delivery boy so I call him after a long hours of wait, He said that he forgot my product left in their office and added he would deliver my product whenever he has time, after delivering all the products within him. Afterall i talked with office staff named Athira , Bluedart Chengannur, about the irresponsible attitude towards the customer,ie,me from their delivery boy. She also so irresponsible as well as rude and didn't make any sensible fair response. 1.DELIVERYBOY HESISTATE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER . 2. STILL PRODUCT IS NOT DELIVERED . Im so sorry .i know a single review will affect your rating with other relevant delivery partner . I concluded that Im not really point out this default from the whole team of Bluedart Chengannur, but a single delivery boy's irresponsible attitude give the way to bad review .

The front desk lady behaved rudely and shouted at me. She gave me wrong information, told me they will deliver courier within 3 days and collected 1200rs for the courier. Its been a week and they haven't delivered the courier yet and today I went to their office and asked about it and she told me their usual courier delivery is more than 7 days. I lost my package. Tried contacting the customer service, no reply. Blue dart staff of Chengannur office is very rude. The front desk staff shouted at me in front of other customers. They give you wrong information. Their delivery charge is very high compared to other courier services. They don't deliver package on time. So I recommend all customers to think twice before approaching them for your needs.

It took them 3 days to deliver the product to me after it reached the local distribution center. Previous 2 packages they sent back stating that I was not at home. No one visited my home nor called me. When they don't want to deliver, they'll put the status as 'deliver attempted, consignee not available'. This is the same song everyday.

Poor delivery team - they will update 'Delivery attempt failed' even without attempting to deliver; I have had to go to their store to my collect letters and parcels .... But really have to appreciate their speeds, I think this is the fastest courier service you'll find in India
