They don’t deliver to your house. Delivery is as per their convenience and doesn’t care if it is urgent for a customer. They just postpone the delivery saying the customer was not reachable. Finally I had to go collect the courier. Really bad service from blue dart.

Please provide a contact number of your so called office so that one can call and enquire. Please inform the customer if you cant deliver the package to the address provided.

Arrogant staff. Charged ₹480 for a 38km distance delivery(an envelop with Aadhar card). Ask why this high rate, staff claimed its the standard min charge for BlueDart also advised me look for another option in very arrogant tone. Really bad experience.

Worst Service ever.. When we are paying shipping charges for the product why can't bluedart show some professionalism. It's their responsibility to deliver the product at the doorstep and if they can't atleast can show some courtesy to call and inform rather than leaving a message that unable to deliver. When I checked the site it's written address not found/ adresse out of station/ can't reach contact. Atleast these people can call and inform to come and collect. If you know that you won't be delivering the product why do you leave a message that it's out for delivery. Show some professionalism when we are paying huge amount as shipping charges.

No home delivery ,need to collect from their office ,I have lost one package in 2016 when i was in North India,were there wasnt any coverage in my mobile,they didnt even try to deliver at physical home address, No parking space inorder to collect the package of you came by car
