Please avoid using this particular outlet. First of all, they have a dealership of FedEx...when I asked them to deliver my package through DHL, they told me that DHL doesn’t deliver in Hong Kong so I opted for FedEx (Their sincere suggestion). The package never reached the destination, and got returned to India. When I asked them for an explanation, they said that they tried calling the receiver but the receiver didn’t respond which was a complete lie. And it’s been more than a month, I still haven’t received my package...whenever I call them, they blame the Customs for the delay and now they have stopped receiving my calls. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

The worst experience so far. I am highly disappointed with the way Kuldeep has tackled my courier. He was rude, arrogant and hung up on me twice when asked to get the rates which he promised and he never did, and wasted my 2 hours of time. Not recommend at all and I am never gonna go back to his services. Guys be aware please!!
