Have to say, one of the worst services in Darjeeling. They always have an excuse, up their sleeve, when they have to make a delivery. The employee always has a funeral or urgent family preoccupation and they say they'd come the other day. Sick of them and their service.

Blue dart is too inconvenient. It has one job, literally one job and still it fails to deliver it to its customers. People should be allowed to know if any of the items they’ve ordered are going to get delivered by blue dart, so that they can cancel the order then and there.

The most unreliable and hopeless courier in town.I think they should shut down if they are unable to deliver packages on time......understaffed and pathetic service.

Never experienced a courier like this before the TXT comes the delivery will be soon and they don't show up, it's been week am waiting for some delivery wandering it might come today or tomorrow so that's what it is I have to get it myself suggestions note that( if you can't deliver it atleast let the person know so they come and pick it up a big f for bluedart darj ...worst experience
