These guys were supposed to deviler my product on 13th April. When I called up to enquire about it on 17th April, I was told the material didn't get delivered as there was a traffic jam in my area. On asking them why didn't they inform me about it, I got a reply that the deliver 200 of products each day and can't go on intimating people (even about their inefficiency). Never going with them again.

The courier that was sent in my name was delivered to someone else. And the worst part is....when you call them to enquire about something, they do not respond properly. They were supposed to send the items to me in sankardev nagar, but they delivered it to someone with a completely different name and that too in ganeshguri...
