If you wanted to experience buffering government work that can be very well seen and felt here working hours from 10 am till 5 pm.Extreme shortage of staff, multiple government programs serving windows at one place, few proper working post offices are being the reasons behind the same.Raigarh is no more same with population continuously growing needs more service centres. UPI payment is the only thing I liked or seen updated in the age old office.Needs complete remodeling.

My parcel was reached in Raigarh on 24th Jan, and today it is 28th Jan, Still, I didn’t received my parcel. I went to office and took that. Sometimes, they won’t deliver the parcel and the parcel return back. I don’t know why their service is like this. Service is extremely bad. I think, this is the reason, government is doing privatisation of many government sectors. Kindly improve service.

One of the worst Post office I have seen. This post office delays the packages every time and never bothers to deliver the package to the addressee. They are simply sitting at their office and customers are themselves coming to pickup their packages/letters.
