Gone there for Speed post. Despite madam was knowing that I had came for speed post as no customer were their, both madam has closed the booking interface. And was present there. I was in borderline time. But they can do that.i was in urgent, as it was application form for some superspeciality post. Despite too much request, both of them were unresponsive. Perhaps they tried to teach me lesson that why I had came in borderline time. I had also confirmed that if booking will happen or not? My only fault I had gone on the corner for just pasting the envelope. They shown me the positions of HER that they can do whatever they want. Lastly they did not did. Time will come for also when they will be borderline time.I was too much upset for their behaviour.

Worst service and slow in everything. You should wait atleast 2hrs for small works. Negligent staff and no proper response. Don't padh through upi at counter. It doesn't work but money deducted.

I have given my PPF acount account transfer application which needs to be trans6from Durgapur bidhannagar to Ambikapur since 45 days but it seems they r not bothering. They sent my passbook & other details to Durgapur but unable to track. How is this possible? They don't have contact details also. We r surprised that if they r unable to track then how a common man can track. R we fool ?
