People are soo rude, came to pick the post and waited for 30 minutes then a assigned lady comes and informs she need document of proof as went and get the aadhar came again waited for 15 minutes when went and asked lady yells that she will not come until she finish her work as informed I've been waited for more than 30 minutes ahe questions me back, finally did not come. Wort experience. Had went for aadhar card updation around 3pm no one was there and was informed to come back tomorrow even at the time of duty no senior authorities know where the tem members went at.

They don’t deliver to the address. never. They simply call the recipient and give lame excuses that staff is on leave and when we ask them to deliver it next day when they’re back they never do it no matter how many days pass and we have to collect it and this happens always. So irresponsible. What do these guys take salary for?
