Located at a very prominent place and it could have serve the urgent requirements of the pedestrians for withdrawing money as the Card users numbers have tremendously increase, but it has failed to cater the demand as most of the time it remain either closed or sometime inoperative due to which the peoples tends to stay away from this ATM as there is no surety whether they will cash out from this ATM or not. If such is the functioning then the department should better try out for other alternative rather than making a mess in the town as a closed shop always add a messy representation of the town.
