Excellent Service. Post master is too good and very good in computer to trace any details. Always comes to help customers and will be available as hiz quarters are behind. We need officers of such caliber. He guides any customer to solve any of their problems. Long Live such officers. I was told he has very little service. If provision is there please continue his services.

The postman who came to deliver the passport was very rude. He said that he was trying to deliver the speed post for two days. That was incorrect, because the seal clearly showed today's date. I double checked in speed post tracking portal. There was no way he could have tried to deliver it two days ago. Why do the staff lie about such basic facts which can be easily verified? This is very unprofessional.
