Head post office in Leh, Ladakh, is very beautiful. It’s design is like a Tibetan architecture. The warm feelings and warmth of slow services is amazing. Staff is little over proud but helpful.

Intra district it takes 10 days to deliver a consignment. Very poor service. Really upset. From inter district its takes 7 days to reach at leh from srinagar which is fine as per distance .. But from leh to Chushot it takes 10 days still not delivered the consignment..

They are not working after 3:30 pm as on their site 10- 4 pm is mentioned. If so, I think it is unfair to waste our time and energy in visiting the office, nobody is interested in that exhausted and tempered faces therefore please update the timing. Support privatisation that's better now in Ladakh.

Whole ladakh, there is only one western union money transfer in Leh post office in winter. And unfortunately just for withdrawal of any amountof sum, an unnecessary post office bank account account is asked to open. No account no money. Thanks for making work more time consuming and labourous madam lye.

On my visit to Leh , I had sent 5 post cards which I bought from Rancho school to my family and friends who live in different metro cities of maharashtra state on 13th or 14th June 2018. As I'm writing this review on 25th August 2018 my family and friends have not received any post card which I had sent to them from Leh. I have lost all hopes of receiving them in the future. Waste of time and money..!
