What is this service , What do you mean by speed post if takes more then 5 working days to deliver the item, also no will contact you and then they send back the item saying that no was available to receive . Why don't you guys have any contact number available online. Just because it is a government-operated system that doesn't mean ki har kaam slow ho aapka. Kuch to grace rakho Indian Government service ka .
