I have the worst experience. I am waiting for my ATM card from last 20 days and when I managed to get the tracking number of the parcel, I came to know form the post office that the parcel has been returned 10 days back given the fact that I went to the post office Amghatta and was in contact with the dakiya of the area. The so called Amghatta post office is situated in someone’s bed room. There is no board of mail box. A person will come out of his bed room and he is basically the post office. May be he is getting the rent for the post office laying in his bed. I went to the Sitamarhi bazar SO and came to know that the dakiya is different than what I was told by the man in Amghatta post office. At the end, the real dakiya says that your address was not complete. Although my name, mohalla and district was already there. The bank does KYC for identifying the person. In total, I will have to apply for the same again.
