Service is not good.Also they are not providing the perfect information about anything thing.There is no help desk where you can ask your your queers you have to run from one desk to another desk for a single information. Even the place is also not so clean the office area is very congested. Once you visit you will never like to visit again.

Congested place with not so clean situated in the first floor with no 'help desk'. We feel like we had visited an old Govt. office. With my personal experiences, I never got any letter or package came through this office in Boisar. According to my knowledge, they were not delivering BSNL bills too.
