Not good at all...... It takes more than 3 days to bring a document from Guwahati to Hojai via speed parcel... If a person brings it from Guwahati in Bullock cart , he will be faster then them..... Plz improve this lazy system

I received a parcel of 10 kg and it's was opend by tearing from outside and my material inside the parcel was visible . I complained the post master,( Bengali Lady) but she instead of taking my complain she started arguing with me that is not her problem. She was too arrogant of her post.
