I lost 2500 ₹ because Indian Post is not able to differenciate between volumetric and real weight. I told the lady at the counter a hundred times that the weight was wrong but she insisted it was right and it has to be this way. Mumbai did not agree and sent the parcel back because of the difference in weight. On top it was torn and broken by then and they did not even deliver it but I had to go to the other side of the city to pick it up. Nobody ever felt responsable and I was sent away. Online complaint service is even worse. Reimbursement was refused from all sides. As a foreigner I feel deeply insulted and mistreated by Indian Post. never ever again

Visited Deccan Gymkhana post office to open ippb account. To start with things were not working out properly. Once it started going, the digital account opening process was very smooth. It was verified by you uidai. I was home within half an hour with new ippb account.

Very poor service. Only Cash payments are accepted and Card/UPI options are not available, though there are multiple boards mentioning acceptance of all sorts of payment options. Person attending the customers is always out of place and I had to wait for a long time for my turn.

Pathetic service. The staff is highly uncooperative and unprofessional. Had the worst experience when a registered post ( urgent official document) was sent back without even notifying me... Later when I checked with the concern staff and the POSTMASTER both didn't had any clue of it's where about.... Instead they were asking me about the same.... I request the organization to resend the document, which they did n this time I was tracking it from the very first day.... Again the staff in the office repeated the same .. when I showed them the tracking details screen shot... They were like v be haven't received it.. after visiting them daily n calling the office regular... I was handed my document . God knows how are these people gonna run payment bank ??

I never get prompt service here. You will get typical govt office treatment. Most of the counter are closed many times(For no reason). The processing is very slow. Many times the employees are not present at counter. Envelopes were not available in pick period of diwali festival also.

Worst staff with worst worst service! They have 0 value for there customers specifically the Adhar Card person Mr.Mane. Very rude and lazy man. People here just give fake commitments to customers. No Productivity at all. With zero knowledge I don’t understand what attitude they have. If possible I would have give negative starts to this person! To give an example this people come half an hour late to office but during their lunch time they do not even miss single min to shut down there computers.. like seriously??? People waiting to update Adhar card since morning and this value you give to your customers??? Hopless!!
