The staff is too lazy, they even dont check the speed post tracker requested by customer. They call the very next day and inform you that the consignment is in the office and to collect it. THEY MAKE US PAY THE TRAVEL FARE TWICE JUST BECAUSE THEY DONT CHECK THE TRACKER.
