Good customer service regarding post office schemes. There might be issue and huge lines when there is server problem, other than that you can do your work easily but may need to wait for sometime given many people visit the post office every day. They also have separate Post Payments Bank office beside, whose service is also great. They respond to your queries nicely and give proper response. There might be some employee who behave rude but I haven't seen them yet in this office. Regarding the Post Payments Bank they are no less than other Payments Bank providers.

Banking services are very very slow and poor. Staff response is very pathetic. Counters will start working at 10.30am, after standing in Q from 10am and after reaching counter ,staff will say this counter will not work on RD/NSC/MIS etc and go to other counter. Again there out Q starts. Need to visit multiple times daily in the morning and afternoon till our service closure. I feel most of the customer may face the same issue. On display boards mentioned the service time for every scheme, but I never seen it was done. Some times staff will say computers are not working.

Poor service from the post office staff. i went at 5:15 pm by that time they closed and they're not accepting the post cover and telling that they have already closed it. Actual closing time is 5:30 and it took literally around 1 hour to manage 4 people. Indian post office has to make sure the TAT should be not more than 10 minutes. If Indian post is not accepting posts and closing its counter before the closing time and sending the customers out then nothing wrong in privatizing public sector.

Took a holiday from work to visit this holy shrine and I'm not disappointed. It warmly welcomes everyone with aesthetic keech-keech printer melodies and you come across people from all corners of the universe. You can ruminate your whole life while you stand with devotion in an unrelenting queue. Infact, I even got time to watch a full movie in maa. The staff is polite and seems to come from space-time proving Einstein's time-dilation theory. Head of this place is so friendly and talkative that you start wondering how she got there. Vijayawada is so blessed to have them. It was an emotional journey and I learned the value of patience here...
