Stop’s accepting courier before closing time i.e. 3PM . I went at 2:30 PM and they were like “ab to bandh ho gya” and were sitting idle doing nothing. Very rude behaviour.

Staff is very cunning they are not allowed to leave empty desk and go for lunch at 1pm. By govt. Post office needs to be open till 3pm but the staff runs away at 1pm ( they add lunch hour ).

Very bad experience! These people are not happy with their work! Some member of the staff is gossiping and some is eating gutkha tobacco. Very slow working speed. Neither does the work on time! New staff needed! The one who can do the work quickly! Young people should be hired!

I think one is also more than sufficient. My parcel is delivered to some cook as told by delivery boy and parcel status was updated as parcel delivered. When reached post office, SO reply was that you working people are not available at your address. What should we do. This is the second time facing this kind of issue with India post.

Can somebody do anything about the customer service this post office provide??? Does anybody inspect what’s going on there and how they mistreat customers??? How can you allocate a post to someone who first of all has ZERO sense of responsibility towards the profession leading to MINUS customer service. They are slow as tortoise, doesn’t address visitors instantaneously, doesn’t value time of others, possess inadequate information in terms of providing solution, misleading and ZERO courtesy. The staff there thinks they are superior and makes us feel helpless because we for obvious reason cannot do much. And for people’s sake, you should know there’s a Postman in particular who is biased, RUDE and suffers from severe narcissism. I respect every profession but I strongly feel everyone has a responsibility for being in a certain role. And for Heaven’s sake he is a post man and his job is to deliver stuffs to the address. But this man has (always) refused to deliver and asked us to fetch it ourselves and threatened us, if we do not collect he’ll return our goods. Not once but uncountable times. I feel, he has some grudge against us, simply because we are from NE States. I feel it it in his eyes, gestures, attitude and his selection of words and the way he and his group says things and laugh. I can say this because I’d visited this post office personally (Because they don’t do their job) and literally had to bite my teeth and bear the inconvenience and discrimination in all terms caused by him. PS: I’m also looking for suggestions to deal this situation because unless this postman goes from this post office I’m going to go through this pain. So advice/suggestions are welcomed.

I had a best customer experience ever in this post office. Had to move a parcel of 10kgs and staff helped me from packing to billing detailing whole procedure. Best thing, it is way cheaper as well.

Pathetic experience. The lady working in the post office doesn’t know how to behave with senior citizens. People like her put down the name of India post. She just want to relax on her seat, doesn’t care if customers work is done or not. I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to go in such an office. India Post Division A in Gurudwara road is far better than this post office.
