This post office belongs to the capital of Gandhinagar, here you have seen that these people are doing less work, they are doing the same government work which used to be done 10 years back i.e. in 2011. Officer go there and take action, now Gujarat is far ahead and you are 10 years behind, you are working in megacity. There is lack of knowledge, there is no one to listen to the customer and everyone is working in their own tune. very worst experience.

A small Post Office being operated in a Gujarat Government Quarter. All the postal services are provided and convenient for the people visiting from the New Gandhinagar and Greater Gandhinagar [Kudasan-Sargasan-Raisan]. Was there to process my post. I was well guided by the staff. Location is quite difficult to reach at. Services and Customer's Communication can still be improved I belive.
