The most severe problem is link failure.....most of the time the whole work is stop due to link failure. 80% of the year speed post facility not available. Process is tooo old. Need to upgrade. As they are govt employee,they treated the common people as they are the boss. Due to lack of employees they can only open 2 counters for the transaction. Need fast employees.
