Business has been closed from here. And new franchise opened in same market at new location. It's opposite National Bakers. SCO 3, 1st Floor, High Street Market, Above Kulcha Theka. Opposite National Bakers, VIP Road, Zirakpur. At new location you will find good service. Fair prices. Well supporting staffs. Open from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM Mon- Sat.

ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE. Never ever have I seen any worse service anytime before. Reasons: 1. Charged 200 extra, says it is a franchise and he has his own costs. But then does not even provide a bill for the same! He is cheating the customers and the government as well! 2. I had packed my courier well but he refused to accept it. Said it required extra packing charges and was asking for 250 extra! Such a money minded fellow! 3. Absolute no ethics or respect for the customer. Totally unprofessional. Started shouting as I was arguing why he was charging extra for service I don't require. Bikul Bakwas!!

Gali dene ka man hai inko, but choro. Had very bad experience, not once but everytime. Not a good service, they will always take 10 rs min extra from the printed bill, and I booked my package on 4th they bagged it on 7th. Very unprofessional, it's a long list. Prefer courier services, they will take 10rs extra but a good service. Don't go to this specific franchise of India post.

You can judge them by seeing all the reviews, Let me tell you guys my case what happened there, i posted a letter via speed post for the 1st time,they charged 50 rs, i didn't even checked the receipt and went away, next time i went to some other post office which was in hp and they charged me 41 rs while weighing it was more than the one i sent from vip road post office. Today i visited again and saw the receipt and it was 42 rs and i gave them 50 rs note,they walked away and when i asked for balance they said they have handling charges and so on so collected 50 rs , so i asked them that you should write on the wall if it is the case then *** owner or a uncle came to me and started arguing for 8 rs that we can't keep chillar here to provide balance to people that's why we charge round figures that is 50 rs. Upon asking him if he could have told this earlier i could have paid 42 via g pay as they have facilities available. But he said we can't bother ourselves for 2 rs and this much money so if you have issue you can do one thing from next time kindly visit the main post office in zirakpur. So this was the idiotic answer he gave me . Now y'all can imagine how stupid he behaved with a customer by charging unnecessarily & illegally. They even didn't tell me the charges that it is 42 rs sir and we don't have change that's why we are charging 50 rs .if it could be the answer then it's bit justifiable. But no he was arrogant and stupid person that's all.
