Very disappointed with the work the staffs of this post offiice branch has done to me,I have been a savings bank holder of this branch,I took a checque account of here,haven't got yet my cheque book and ATM card in my adress,visited more than 5 times ahead of the last few months continuesly,no result,Why these people are done to us like this..very very dissapointed with the way Iam writing this letter forward,no hope even now that they would get it towards me...died my trust in you...😅you are the real server of people,All the best,atleast show the commitment to your clients considering their time,how we can come to your office if you are not helping us,pls arrange the account settings of people like me as early as possible..

One of the oldest building situated on the kothamangalam town. The post office provides somany services connected with the sending and receiving of letters , mails , and couriers.They are not only offeres the letter facility bit also provides the savings account facility.The peoples can start a savings account with them.They are provided also ATM cards and online banking services with minimum charges compared to other nationalised and private sector banks.

Being a kothamangalam resident, I have gone here numerous times for various purposes. This post office is supposed to be one of the biggest post office in kerala since numerous sub postoffices come under kothamangalam post office. Odd thing i found here is that there is no inverter or a generator in this post office !! So if there is no power one cannot send registered post or speed post or any parcel. Its a pathetic situation for such a big post office. Just like other govt offices the staff here are of neutral mentality. Cant blame them, because this is one of the busiest post office. And one more thing i observed: there are regular customers from other offices who comes there daily to send parcels and the post office staff knows them. They don’t follow queue and go directly behind the counter and officers let them send there parcels before other customers. This is really annoying. Found many local guides rated this office 5 stars, and u wonder how !!
