Worst service I hav ever witnessed...one parcel which was estimated to come on 28th April...still not arrived..messg shows address related issues..but address was completely correct...Still now I hav contacted 5 times to the toll free customer care...but they can't resolve...one parcel they can't deliver timely (1 week late still not deleived) and dialogue baazi no. 1...super flop and ridiculous Blue dart

Poor service,,, bad behavior of delivery boy, I mean unacceptable behavior.. Delivery boys need proper training on behavior. The delivery boy I faced with his name is PKr Chetri. Bluedart plz take some action against him.

One of the worst delivery service in the moriagon region according to my experience. They carry no responsibilty to deliver the parcel on the delivery day. Suffered a lot. Please stop your delivery to Jagiroad. A humble request!
