We have following last 2 weeks status of courier and customer service called 3 times there is no response in the courier and till the date courier not received.

Provide contact number so that customer could have easy communication with the delivery boy. I have ordered for parcel return but no one call on time for receiving the parcel. Kindly take some action against them and provide customer better service.
