I am always available in didn't got any call. But they mentioned not available 3 time i rescheduled same result didn't got delivery

i have not recieved my parcel yet. even though it shows that my parcel in in my city still i cant get a hold on my order, there is no proper contact number available at local delievery partner. worst experience of my life with blue dart

Thia is not the first time bluedart does it always, no one comes and they blame the consinee saying not available or does not provide otp etc. hopeless i have highlighted this earlier as well and u all replied the same like today but it doesn't fix the issue. So its a carelessness from bluedart they never deliver the product on time. U all need to understand that the product or the document means a lot to reach on given time or delivery date. Because people plan thier personal work and financial work with the product to be delivered. If u dont deliver on time people cant use the document or product hence they face financial loss. And for all this loss bluedart is responsible. Compensation should be claimed from blue dart for all this loss customer or consignee faces. Hopeless company, jinta acha tha usse jyada bakwas service ho gaya hai bluedart. Band krdo agar ni chala paa re ho to, faltu ka kyun matha pechi kr re ho bluedart. Bho... D k.

They don’t communicate with customer and they Change the status to don’t received by consigned person and on message its showing that it will deliver tomorrow

Very bad experience they are not delivered my courier on tym even they can't call me single tym and they said delivery address not found
