I have faced this issue more than twice, and I still do not understand what the actual problem is. The service has been extremely poor. There are no proper contact details available, and I have not received any proper updates regarding the delivery. This is unacceptable. A delivery involving sensitive items like a credit card should be handled with much more responsibility and security. The current handling of this matter is highly disappointing. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to file a police complaint regarding the mishandling of sensitive financial documents.

Even 1star is highest value. Because they're doing fraud activities just now I received a package package was already opened so I asked delivery boy reason, he said if company sticker is on the package it was not opened, in this package normal tape is here so it definitely opened by someone. So I contacted ordered shop he sent a picture of before delivery of my product. They send a correct product but this blue dart doing some fraudulent activities. It's not the first time, so I will raise a court case against this. Iam dam sure...😡😡😡😡 because I am very disappointed because it's my valentine gift by my husband... It's customised gift😭😭 They will definitely answer for my heart pain

They didn't deliver the post to my address on time and just mentioned incorrect address without enquiring properly. Since we was there in address for decades.
