Worst experience!!! Ordered a package from nykaa for my bad luck courier partner happened to be blue dart, They kept my package for a week almost with no delivery attempt.finally my patience got over when to their hub directly, hoping human manners, but I was wrong, they insulted me, kind of acted like bullies since I was in need of those products I collected my package and came home without checking it’s open condition. I called them, tried to communicate about the issue, but the reception lady stated I was nuts!!!! I went there with package showed them tried to prove I’m not lying, but wow again got insulted(this time it was from male staffs)!! Paying delivery charges just to get insulted from the entire Buch of blue dart Kodungallur hub. If any of the authorities are reading this please it’s a request teach your staf how to treat customers, we are not paying to get insulted.

Home delivery is a myth - Worst customer service ever. I don't know if this is true for all Blue Dart hubs but the kodungallur hub is the absolute worst. They hold on to packages for days, waiting for us to grow impatient and go collect it ourself. This is not acceptable considering how much they charge each package/courier. I have nothing my disgust for this hub and if you can then please choose a better delivery service. 1 star is the least there is, else Blue Dart Kodungallur deserves a -20.

Worst Bluedart franchisee to deal with,there are multiple occasion , Banks envelopes returned even without a call , if tracked & called this people are too hesitant to deliver to the address , or they will tell a beautiful answer they don’t have delivery obligation, if you want come & collect. Why Bluedart is collecting packets if they don’t have delivery obligation to those pin codes . If the franchisee is telling this lame excuse on their own, Dear Bluedart consider someone responsible as franchisee or you’ll lose your reputation because of this particular KODUNGALLUR FRACHISEE , The worst to deal with, they deserve No stars, I’m placing 1 star just to post this., probably good for people who send through them, corporate clients who send packets through BlueDart , ending this franchisee beware, it won’t be delivered

Very good people. Unlike other Blue Dart centres, these guys are serious about customer satisfaction. Quick and prompt delivery. Proper exchange of information about the arrival of shipment to the addressee is one of the most fascinating things I found in their service. They're very sincere and hardworking.

They are ready to send it. Also they packed it very well. Loved their service and staff behaviour. This place is just opposite to Cheraman Juma Masjid. Sharing the storefront photo. Extremely bad courier service in Kodungallur. If we register any pick up, they will do it only if there are other deliveries anywhere nearby our address. Until then they will reschedule the pick up without even informing us. I lost my 3 days calling the guys there for completing my pickup. The staff there are also very cultureless and arogant in their behaviour. They are looking customers as some kind of enemies. Also they will never do any door delivery for products arrived there. Better stay away from this courier service for prompt and accurate delivery of our goods and also for peace of mind.

1.I had to take flight to Kolkata because of them. They returned my passport twice saying address not found. I didn't even get a call from them. 2. I got my Credit card pin delivered by Post Office and Card was send through Bluedart with same address. Returned saying address not found (Did not get a call) 3. Again card delivery. This time I contacted bank customer care and checked delivery status. It was showing, reached nearest address. Then I visit their office and asked for the same. It was there for 3 days. And on the package written "number given incorrect". I told the lady staff to please call now. She said "I didn't write it".

Just spoke to the contact number given here, and for enquiry about a waybill for a shipment (as per the instruction received from Blue Dart customer care) he was literally abusing, I still didn't understand for what reason....!!! Seems like psychos are handling the this agency....!!!

Very unprofessional guys who never delivers your shipment in the doorstep even if it is in their serviceable area. The Amazon seller made a mistake of shipping the item through BLUEDART; they call the consignee and ask them to collect it from their office instead of delivering it. PLEASE DONT ACCEPT THE SHIPMENT IF YOU CANT DELIVER! I HAVE NOTIFIED THIS TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF AMAZON and other e-commerce companies TO AVOID BLUEDART for the pincodes 680664 & 680666.
