I ordered Mobile phone Amazon.Never deliver on time. All other couriers can find your house. But these guys will alway say they tried delivering but the address is not clear. Multiple senders, banks, online portals all got the address wrong when they use bluedart. But when they use other couriers, they can deliver.

They ALWAYS say couldnt deliver and customer has to go and pickup. Will they refund some amount to the sender because they are not delivering to the address?

No one picks phone. The delivery delayed with reason stating that "undelivered due to address issues" which is a lame excuse. If they have the courtesy to pick the call or call back, then I personally go there to pick it up. Since my shipment is COD; I'm least bothered about it. I won't recommend this agency to send/receive consignment.

Worst experience ever they never called me and returned my packages to the sender. I called them and ask for the packages with the tracking number the day before it was send back to the sender and they told me it's still there we're processing to send it back I double checked my address and contact number everything was correct.
