My prouct arrived nearest hub Samastipur ekart on 26 September but not delivered till now today 3 October. I request flipkart to take quick action on delivery management and staffs. They cancelled my order 2 times without contacting me and said customer not respond. It becomes intolerable now to me. Please do something regarding this. It is a matter of critical concern. This Samastipur ekart is depreciating the value of Flipkart and mitigating the belief of customers in Flipkart.

First of all, these people do not work nor do they have a number that you can call them, so stay away from such poor delivery people. This logistic service is really poor. They have pathetic delivery experience. Item got out of delivery. And delivery executive is unreachable. Most of time if you leave in slight remote area they will never fulfill delivery on time.
