Very disappointing experience with Ekart Gharaunda (Haryana). This is not the first time I have faced delivery-related issues from this hub. My recent order had already reached the nearest hub before the promised delivery date, yet it was not delivered on time. Throughout the delivery day, the status kept showing "Out for Delivery" / "Will be delivered today", but once the day ended, the delivery date was simply changed. Earlier also, I faced similar issues with another order from the same delivery network. Customers plan their purchases based on the delivery dates shown on Flipkart, and repeatedly changing those dates without proper communication is highly frustrating. The lack of transparency, delayed deliveries, and poor coordination create unnecessary inconvenience for customers. I hope the management takes customer complaints seriously and improves the service quality at Ekart Gharaunda Hub. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ (1/5)

I ordered on 3 june . It was showing delivery on 9 june . Then date rescheduled to 11 and then to 13 . Still i have not received my order. Please check what is going on in azadnagar branch, kanpur.

I want to raise my parcel problem. I didn't get my order. Yesterday , around 12 am I get a phone for my parcel.The delivery saying that my parcel is schedule today and told me to take my parcel. But I told him I'm not present at the location. So , I gently asked him to put my order in my nearby shop. He told me ok . I will put your order in my nearby shop that is medical shop .so he asked me to give the otp. I give me and told him to put in that shop where I told me. But when I go to medical shop. The shopkeeper says he doesn't get any order. I want to raise this problem and wants to get my order. But when I call back my delivery partner. The no. where he calls me didn't connect with the delivery partner. A ai asking me to get the 3 digit password so that he can connect with the delivery partner. I want to confirm from him where he put my order in a shop. And also my order was delivered around 12am but the flipkart is showing it was delivered around 5 pm . Please I want my order back. It's not my mistake. Please I will be highly obliged if you get my order back
