I am writing to log an official complaint regarding my parcel under PIN / Tracking Reference: 251.According to your delivery updates, the package is marked as delivered. However, the delivery agent has delivered the parcel to the wrong location, and I have not received it. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the delivery driver directly to resolve this, but no response has been received, and my calls are being ignored.

My location is Kottarakkara, but the Ekart team in Adoor received my product. They were unable to deliver it to my location, so they are now returning the product to the seller. The product is currently still with the Ekart team in Adoor, and they are going to return it instead of delivering it to Kottarakkara. This is a very poor and disappointing service from the Ekart team.

Since from last two days they are lying.Worst delivery experience delivery boys of Honnavar he use ask me come and collect in office. They sit at office and ask address not coming to the address locality. Very bad service
