It is true that they deliver every kind of product. Blue dart has emerged as a brand of couriers. But particularly this office doesn't have staffs who are worthy to get appreciation. I felt a bunch of completely unprofessional people have been appointed there to work. They don't even know how to properly behave to their customers.

They will not register your parcel at the moment you surrender the parcel, they generally do every evening not sure why. I prefer you go before 3pm if you want your parcel to register and dispatch on the same day.

My experience with Raj Associates is good. The individual over there welcomed me with greetings. He made he sit comfortably. Then he asked me the details of my courier as i have to post my passport and few other documents. He told me to write consignee address in bold. He then sealed my package securely and sealed it in waterproof envelope. Before sealing package he weights the package and he informthe price that he will be charging. The price was as per rate card of Blue Dart courier. He lost one star out of five because I was expecting my courier to reach destination on 3rd day but courier reached on 5th day because of one sunday in between. Over all satisfied with the blue dart express limited Raj Associates Office.
