Horrible service, parcel not delivered after two attempts as per tracking status, also call not receive by Imphal Malom Hub. Seems they don't bother. Pathetic!!

Worst service ever. No courtesy. I had to search for the center the whole day & go 8 km. to enquire & pick up my important bank documents which were undelivered for more than a week. The worst is thru didn't even attempt to deliver. Had to pick it up from their office. Worst & disgusting experience.

Bluedart service are good in others cities but worst service in Manipur why? They never delivered the shipment on time.When we inquired about the shipment they will force us to pick it up from the office.. In the morning status says "shipment out for delivery" and in the evening status will changed to"Out of delivery area,consignee address unlocatable"etc and so on.. Without calling us why did you update the status by yourself? They never call and say that I am at the location for delivery. Please note:we are in imphal and at the given pin code,why did you accept the parcel if you cannot deliver and on time???...why can't you guys call at the given phone number if you attempt for delivery??? 1 Star also too much to be given here,blue dart Manipur, worst service

Worst delivery service in Manipur. Never even give a call when the product is out of delivery for more than 9 days and makes lame excuses like the phone was busy with stupid status as " the consignee address could not be located"
