It's like a courier service..it receives postals and other stuffs and delivers it.Its very good and helpful that such thing exist because we cannot completely rely on post offices. The clients are customer friendly and operates precisely with less or no delay.Am very satisfied with the service provided.It is around a km from the main town.

They do text us when our orders arrive, so thats good. But I keep tracking my orders online and they always delay it. So i'm thinking that it might be because of insufficient staff. Also I wish they could deliver our packages, maybe not till home but atleast nearby a landmark.

The people working in this office are the laziest and rudest people. They won't call you on time and tell you to come pick the stuffs when the office is about to close. For those who don't know how the traffic is in Kohima it becomes impossible to reach fast before the office closes. Please do your job. If you can't do then close it and let people who can do it. I don't understand why they're so rude when we did nothing. It's not our job to call and deliver the products. And please update the phone number. We do not know how to reach you. Outdated phone number provided. Lazy and rude staffs. Fix your attitudes and the phone number.

Blue dark sucks because there is no customer call number to call, the numbers given are all dead, I did call, plus the country customer call doesn't works, anyway i had to call up the Kohima office to convey my gratitude for their irresponsibility to find my house in Keziekie... I hope more courier will come up and let blue dart die.. my humble prayer amen....

It's the duty of the Blue Dart staffs to call the customers again and again if we don't answer because not everyone stays idle with phone in hand all the time. ..instead one of the staffs said "Kiley call kuri ley pick nakurea and time dey ahibi" (very rudely) even though I didn't receive a single call nor an sms. I had to check my order details for confirmation. Humble request to the staffs "Please be gentle to the customers because it's a part of your job and you're paid for it".

Such a worse service ever. I have order product from flipkart which arrived kohima hub in 14 oct but the product never delivered. On 15 i received they will attempt the delivery which never happen. I've been shopping online since 2014 on other place(state) with no issue. But in our place (nagaland) i've start shopping in 2016 and its superb service in dimapur but kohima, dont even deserve single star compare to service.
