Blue Dart service is good but sometimes it gets worse. Delivery guys sometimes don't call you for taking your parcel and update the status like - Incorrect Address. Many Customers are facing issues like this.

Very poor service Very bed. No satisfaction. Only fraud. Staff is not good all labour party work hear. If u not pick the phone they return the parsel in few minutes. No wait no help not professional. Very bed delivery service by this center. I m already socked about my parcel. Be careful if ur parsal came to this office.

Worst Courier service, They are just do not want to work, asking customer to come 7-8 kms away from their delivery location to collect order. If you do not want to complete your job why you have opened your shop. Even after requesting to deliver as my product was very urgently needed, they did not deliver and returned it back. What kind of customer experience you are providing.Pathatic. Never book a parcel with them, else you will keep waiting for your parcel. Because of these unprofessional people , we have to suffer. And this is not first time I faced this issue, they always give excuses and never complete their job. Request everyone to please boycott bludart.

I waited for my package delivery until the last promised day, but i didn't received any call or message from blue dart. Also there are no such contact details are available so i went to their office and they replied me that they don't have enough men for the delivery, so you have to pick up yourself. And it's around 30 km away from my house. I had done many complaints regarding this but no resolution has been provided. Worst courier service i have ever seen.
