Ekart's service in Siwan is very pathetic. I ordered a phone during sale from Flipkart and it reached here on 23rd, on the same day, I received a message of "Out For Delivery" but at around 3PM the delivery guy called me and said that he cannot deliver the phone as he was busy & assured me that the phone will be delivered by the next day (24th Oct). But on 24th also, he didn't come so I went to this Ekart's hub and there I found out that they have cancelled my order [although on my flipkart's account, the order was still live and was showing that it will be delivered by 25th], when I asked for the reason for cancellation, they had no explanation. I tried to get a callback from the Flipkart's customer support by messaging them on Twitter and Facebook but they refused to do so as according to them, the order was not cancelled & was to be delivered to me by 25th. But, on 25th too, nothing happened. So, on the same day I messaged them again & this time they called me, when I explained them the whole situation, they assured me that my order will be delivered by 26th. However, on 26th October, I received this final sms from flipkart informing me that "As per my request" the request has been cancelled! So basically, they put all the blame on me for their incompetency. Some of my friends have faced similar problems. So, anyone who is reading this review, if you don't want to face the same situation which I went through just go for Amazon for online shopping, their courier service as well as the customer support service are much better. Ekart's Siwan employees suck at their job and they won't even take responsibility for it.
