2 star because during lockdown some Medicines delivered on time but in unlockdown 1.0 My flipkart order undelivered. From last 2 days it's out for delivery but in evening without any call delivery boy hold it with mention line ( consignee not available) . So disappointed.

Worst Service, They will not come to your home and will update wrong info and when you call them they will ask to reach thier office and when you will reach to their office they will say come again at this time that time. Even being thier office itself in Vidyapatinagar they are not able to serve properly in Vidyapatinagar also

There where no any office of xpress bee. Fake map edit by xpress bee. Xpress bee service is very bad in saharsa, when delivery person not deliver my items than I go to visit this place by Google Maps. But there is no any office and road will block. When I call to given phone number But phone number Is wrong. After that i went from there.
