Very poor service from XpressBees. No pickup for the last 2 weeks, causing repeated order cancellations and losses. No response or support from the team. Highly unprofessional and unreliable.

Just a few minutes back I called the delivery boy as I got the number from Xpressbees but The delivery boy is behaving not professionally, and saying he doesn't want to deliver the product to me as he tried for the first time and I was unavailable, so after that he is not trying to reach me , he is just mentioning customer is not available without even calling me. He is a actually harrassing me. He was also asking for the code and said - give me the code and I'll deliver tomorrow on First time when I was not available. Today as well he is talking about it. Seems like he is trying to scam with me by stealing my order because it's already paid. 6294102748 - this is the number of the person. He is careless.
