Unprofessional treatment, they don't care what sentiment you have the parcel, consecutive 3 days they failed the delivery with no reason and added comment "User opted for pick himself". Delivery person was nice and kind. He understands.

Worst experience. Everytime the courier guy texts as out for delivery but cancels in the evening by useless reasons and made you responsible for not delivering and the address was wrong and also block the mobile number. The coustomer service only give pseudo assurance. I have two different time worst experience with this courier service. Even one star is not for this courier service. Very very bad or slow courier service is expressbees The government should cancel their license
