Actually this is the first time writing a negative review. I rated it 1 because there is no "0" rating. They call themselves xpressbees, but it would be appropriate if it is renamed into slowesttortoise. They took 7 days for transporting one parcel from Chennai to Thalaivasal. You may understand the quality of this parcel service with this incident itself. Another thing is they won't respond for any call or mail. But the flipkart is choosing it for transportation. It is better to think again flipkart.
