Didn't call neither deliver the courier after checking online when i went to collect by myself he informed me that my pin no is wrong. I told him that mentioned pincode is correct and also showed him my aadhar card but he didnt agree how can he decide that my pincode is wrong when government has provided pin code.

They don't deliver goods to the address, they call you to their office and collect from there. such a pathetic system, talk rudely on calls. why should any body send their goods by this courier system if they can't deliver it at home ?

I have gone there to send a parcel to delhi.The person who was at the counter was so polite and cooperative in nature.They take reasonable rate for the parcel according to the commodity weight you wanna send . 1 kg =350 Up to 10kg costs =700 rupees. It is situated in Shastri Nagar you can visit there in between 10 am to 6 pm.
