Very poor service provided by Ekart Silchar Assam. I called so many times to delivery agent from last 2 days but not delivered the percel. I submit my complain to flipkart also.

My order was out for delivery, i paid through upi, but they said the payment was not verified, so they took back my order after they package was open. Though the delivery boy told me once i get the refund they will give will come back. Now i got the refund everytime i call them they give me a excuse like tomorrow, day after tomorrow now finally they told me the parcel was rescheduled.

I ordered a phone.... It was cod... The delivery boy was so so rude... Every time my mother has to go down to take the delivery.... She is 70 years old .. as nobody was home they will not come atleast in 2nd floor. Lift facilitiy was there.... Even they can keep safely their other stuffi in the compound. But they were very rude in behaviour . Very rude
