The staff is very disappointing. I had to exchange a phone and they refused to exchange. My phone was in fully working condition , only a little patch was on the screen. According to Flipkart exchange policy,they can't reject my phone for this reason but the amount maybe reduced. They clearly rejected it. I am very frustrated and disappointed by the staff behaviour. And also they didn't come to the address that I filled to deliver my order,instead they called me to come to their office. When I went there, then I have already explained what happened😔😔.
