Hii i am Saroj Kumar Mohanty i have a parcel from hdfc bank shipped by blue dart ref no- 31950928833 and my last delivery date was 16.06.2023 but i receive a message morning 10 am your parcel delivery today but i Don't receive any call for your delivery person than i receive a message from hdfc bank your parcel was delivered but i not receive any parcel and call message receive from blue dart than i call your costumer service he said your parcel already delivered. Its vary important documents but your employees are vary unprofessional thay no responsibility his work the costumer was always suffering.and you costumer service staff say our manager will call you take some time wath is the tat time your manager not a ias officer how much time take a call listening complain and rectify your nonsence system Kindly look into this matter .
