Had a wonderful experience at blue dart. I had an urgent document to be delivered and needed a prompt action. Teena Mathews at the counter welcomed me with a smile. I was pretty nervous if the documents will make it to Mumbai the next day or not. her calm composure made it a much easier process and blue dart delivered the package today morning to the destination. I send parcel from goa to maharashtra to my friend parcel containing dry fruits 4kg value 4000rs and charges of shipping is Rs.2250 after 2 days my friend called me that he got call from courier service in maharashtra that the parcel is damage and all dry fruits is split out then courier guy told to my friend if u need then we repack and deliver, my friend refused to accept as it got spoil and damage and its food items obviously how he can accept damage food item then he call me I told him ok let them take back don't accept it then I vent to courier service and complaint regarding this issue they told me we will send email and let you know but after 2 days I call them again same thing they told we will follow up but they haven't replied yet service ever I lost Rs.6250 and they don't care pls guys I am requesting don't send your parcel to blue dart. there name should be blue dirt inside of blue dart worst then worst

My parcel was collected by Ms Vrikshali Ranjan as urgent documents had to be sent to Delhi. She asked me if it’s urgent and I need next day delivery. I told her to book the urgent/express and paid the additional amount.Later when we checked tracking after few hours it showed the parcel will reach after 4 days !!! Have been calling bluedart customer care but they don’t take the responsibility and simply denied that they don’t have any “urgent” or “overnight” service. There is no contact number also for the outlet to reach them directly. This executive clearly misguided me or filed the booking in the wrong category, she was distracted the whole time and loudly chatting away with her colleagues. Whatever the reason but but it has caused so much inconvenience and delayed my work.

Bluedart service is very bad. There delivery person without even calling flaged my address as undeliverable insted my address is actually easily accessible .Moreover there customer care service toll free number never works.This happened me thrice. Lost my money since parcel went back. Dont go for bluedart goa service. Very much unreliable and untrustworthy.
