Horrible experience and zero sense of accountability. Even when I am home the message I receive is that customer was unavailable and parcel could not be delivered. This has happened twice in less than 20 days. I went to their office to trace the parcel and they have the guts to tell me that the delivery executive contacted even when there was not a single call from them. The day I went to get my parcel it was showing that parcel is out for delivery when the parcel was very much in their office. Height of unprofessionalism.Zero stars. I don't understand why sellers even engage Bluedart's services when it is so bad. Causes mental trauma definitely.

Very bad service. My parcel has arrived on 12th but till now it has been 5 days. Delivery not done yet. worst service from blue dart never had this issue please before do provide good service in Goa delivery people are not at all groomed not answering call lazy peopl

Had the worst experience with blue dart recently where the tracking status said could not deliver because customer unavailable where as we never recieved a call from blue dart. There was no contact details to even call the courier executive and the never given on Google is useless no1 ever answers or its always busy.

the most horrible courier service i came across. they have multiple personality disorder delivery guys and equally horrible back office staff. one calls saying will deliver and the other says we cant and give some of the lamest excuses ever. they are rude as well and not at all customer friendly. i empathize with all these others who have been let down by blue darts horrible services. a pigeon might deliver things faster than these guys, cos they most probably wont even make an attempt but just come up with excuses . unfortunately 1 star was compulsory to put the review out but they don't even deserve that. i really hope blue dart loses all its clients and are only left with equally lame clients like them. please save your time n money and find a courier who actually believe in working...

Unprofessional ,I do not know how such companies still exist ,never deliver anything on time,pathetic customer care .Other companies should stop using their service .
