Horrible experience and zero sense of accountability. Even when I am home the message I receive is that customer was unavailable and parcel could not be delivered. This has happened twice in less than 20 days. I went to their office to trace the parcel and they have the guts to tell me that the delivery executive contacted even when there was not a single call from them. The day I went to get my parcel it was showing that parcel is out for delivery when the parcel was very much in their office. Height of unprofessionalism.Zero stars. I don't understand why sellers even engage Bluedart's services when it is so bad. Causes mental trauma definitely.
