After paying 300rs for delivery of my books, they made it late for 15days n when called ,the parcel boy has the audacity to say that its too heavy so it has not been delivered. This parcel service should be banned all together.

Very bad experience. My order was supposed to to delivered on 29th October but it was not delivered then citing 'Customer was not available'. But they did not even call me on 29th. And when I called them (Bittu) on 30th October, he said he came to deliver but did not deliver and someone else will deliver. But when I didn't receive it I went to their office on 1st Nov. They (Bikram Dutta) asked me to call next before 9am and they will deliver. And next when I called on 2nd Nov morning, he said it is already returned and behaved very rudely. These people don't have any shame after so many similar complaints. How could such people cheat so many people. It is very disgusting.

Wanted to give zero start...the delivery persons use to return or cancrl the order on their own will n if we call they won't receive....highly unprofessional....

Worst delivery..They don't deserve to be called a courier service. The delivery boy will not pick up your call even if you try to call them many times. They will inform you that your package is out for delivery but they will never deliver you the product. Truly unsatisfied with the service. Do one thing xpressbees Jorhat, shut down your services and go to sleep. You don't deserve to be called a courier service
